H3IT 2018 is the fifth annual international conference for all stakeholders interested in innovative approaches to home healthcare, hospice, and information technology. Building upon the success of the first four years, the conference provides an authoritative forum where evidence-based findings, information, and tools are communicated to achieve better health outcomes, quality of care, utilization of and access to care, and reduced care costs in home and hospice care settings. Leading Gracefully: How to Own Your Strengths for More Impact (Grapevine A)
Monique Tallon is a Women’s Leadership and Inclusion expert, and author of Leading Gracefully: A Woman’s Guide to Confident, Authentic and Effective Leadership. Monique will share her expertise to help current and future women leaders create workplaces that value diversity and foster collaboration, transparency, trust, and innovation.
Monique’s passion to help women navigate the myriad challenges they face in the corporate world led her to leave her corporate job and start her consulting and coaching business in 2009.
Through her first-hand experience working in the male-dominated corporate world of Silicon Valley, Monique learned that in business, what works for men doesn’t necessarily work for women. She discovered a different way to lead that felt more authentic to who she was, and not surprisingly, turned out to be just as effective, if not more so, at delivering business results. This led her to create the Feminine Leadership Model™ and the Feminine Leadership Coaching Program™ to help women embrace their feminine strengths and combine them with traditional qualities to develop an effective leadership presence and create more influence and impact.
Once you listen to Monique’s advice and hear the panel discussion of women leaders in home care and hospice talk about their experiences you will be equipped with the best tricks of the trade to demonstrate your own authentic leadership style and strengthen the culture of your workplace.
